By accessing and using SlideArabi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our service. SlideArabi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to users.

2. Service Description

SlideArabi is an artificial intelligence-powered service that converts English PowerPoint presentations to Arabic with right-to-left (RTL) layout. The service uses machine learning algorithms to perform translations and layout adjustments.

3. Service Provided "As-Is"

SlideArabi provides its service on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We make no warranty that:

• Translations will be accurate or contextually appropriate
• Layout formatting will be perfect or meet professional standards
• The service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected or that the service will be maintained

4. AI-Generated Translations

All translations produced by SlideArabi are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms. Machine-generated translations may contain errors, inaccuracies, cultural misinterpretations, or contextual mistakes. Users must independently verify and review all output before using it in any professional, business, educational, or public context.

SlideArabi is not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated translations that have not been professionally reviewed and edited.

5. User Responsibility for Content Review

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Reviewing all converted output before using it in any context
• Verifying translation accuracy and appropriateness
• Making corrections and refinements as necessary
• Ensuring the final presentation meets your quality standards
• Obtaining professional translation review for high-stakes professional or business use
• Any consequences arising from your use of the unconverted or unreviewed output

SlideArabi strongly recommends that any presentations intended for professional, business, educational, legal, or public use be reviewed and approved by a professional human translator before distribution.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property rights to any presentations, files, or content you upload to SlideArabi. SlideArabi claims no ownership, licensing rights, or claims to your uploaded content.

Limited License: By uploading content to SlideArabi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store temporarily, and convert your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

SlideArabi Materials: All SlideArabi software, code, designs, graphics, and service infrastructure are owned by SlideArabi and protected by copyright law.

7. Data Storage and Temporary File Retention

Uploaded files are stored temporarily to process your conversion requests. All uploaded files and associated data are automatically deleted within 30 days of upload, regardless of whether the conversion was completed successfully.

SlideArabi is not responsible for recovery of deleted files. Users should maintain their own backups of all original content and converted output.

8. Limitation of Liability

SLIDERABI'S LIABILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED AS FOLLOWS:

Cap on Liability: In no event shall SlideArabi's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the service exceed the amount you paid to SlideArabi specifically for the conversion that is the subject of the claim.

Excluded Damages: In no event shall SlideArabi be liable for:

• Indirect damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity)
• Consequential damages (damages that result indirectly from a breach)
• Special damages (damages specifically foreseeable but not direct)
• Incidental damages (unplanned expenses resulting from the breach)
• Punitive damages
• Business interruption or economic loss
• Damage to reputation or brand
• Cost of substitute services or content
• Any damages arising from inaccurate translations
• Any damages arising from lost or deleted files

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if SlideArabi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. No Warranty of Uptime or Service Availability

SlideArabi makes no commitment or guarantee regarding:

• Continuous availability or uptime of the service
• Absence of service interruptions, downtime, or maintenance windows
• Maintenance of any minimum service level
• Processing time for conversions
• Speed or performance of the service

The service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Refund Policy

Technical Failure Refund: If a conversion fails due to a technical error on SlideArabi's part, you are entitled to an automatic refund of the amount paid for that specific conversion.

Translation Quality: No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with translation quality, accuracy, or output appearance. This is by design, as you have the opportunity to review the output before using it. Users who are unsatisfied with machine-generated translations should work with a professional human translator to refine the output.

Refund Process: Refund requests for technical failures must be submitted within 30 days of the conversion attempt. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

11. Pricing and Terms Modifications

SlideArabi reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time with notice to users
• Discontinue or modify features of the service
• Change these terms and conditions at any time

Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated to users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SlideArabi for:

• Any illegal activities or in violation of any laws or regulations
• Uploading content you do not own or do not have the right to use
• Uploading content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Uploading content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Uploading content that violates privacy rights of others
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure
• Any other use that violates these terms or applicable laws

13. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlideArabi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the SlideArabi service
• Content you upload to or process through SlideArabi
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Claims that your content violates the rights of third parties
• Any damages or losses resulting from your use of converted output

14. Age and Eligibility

By using SlideArabi, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are under 18, you may not use this service.

15. Account Termination

Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting SlideArabi support.

SlideArabi's Right to Terminate: SlideArabi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, all data associated with your account, including stored files, will be deleted in accordance with Section 7 (Data Storage and Deletion).

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SlideArabi operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlideArabi regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
